This position does not require prior IT experience.


  • Setup/installation/maintenance of workstations.
  • Troubleshooting workstation issues.
  • Troubleshooting end-user issues with hardware/software.
  • Meeting/webinar/training setup and assistance.
  • End-user training/works with staff to enable them to use technology effectively.
  • Services Help Desk requests.
  • New user account provisioning.
  • Hardware/software/toner inventory.
  • Maintaining documentation.
  • Procedure development.
  • Proper equipment disposal including documentation.
  • Workstation performance tuning/re-provisioning.
  • Printer/scanner setup/installation/maintenance.
  • Monitors security compliance in accordance with IT standards, policies and procedures.
  • Office 365 administration

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand at a computer for extended periods of time
  • Ability to crawl, kneel and reach above head

Day/Hour Requirements

  • Fultime, 40 hours per week.  Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm with the ability to work nights and weekends for special projects
